The Youtuber Phenomenom

Image
What is youtube? It is a webpage owned by Google where people can upload and search for videos. It was created in 2005 by some employees of PayPal, but it was bought by Google Inc a year after, in October 2006. At first this website hosted mainly videoclips and funny videos of little and cute cats playing the piano, but as it become more and more popular, new and different videos could be found there. Nowadays it is full of vlogs(video blogs), gameplays (videos of people showing how they play some games or how to finish them, also sometimes they only play them to make people lough), films (copyright?), series, tutorials, etc. It is so popular that uploading videos on this page has become a job, commonly known as being a Youtuber. When a person gets a very high numbers of views or subscribers on their chanels, Youtube offers them to enter their Partner Progamme, which means they are going to get some profit from uploading their videos. I like calling this The Youtuber Phenomenom, be

FORBE´S LIST

Image
Each year, Forbes crunches the net worth of every American billionaire to see who will make the exclusive Forbes 400 list. But 11 members of this club are luckier than the rest: they are in good health, have full heads of hair and many, many years to spend their fortunes. This year there are 11 American billionaires under the age of 40 on the list. The youngest member of the Forbes 400 is 30-year-old Facebook cofounder Dustin Moskovitz, who has been the most junior person on the Forbes 400 since making his debut in 2010. He lost bragging rights as country’s youngest billionaire this summer when Snapchat raised money valuing the photo sharing app at $10 billion. Now Evan Spiegel, 24, holds that title but with a net worth of $1.5 billion, he just misses the cut for the Forbes 400. Moskovitz is just eight days younger than his former Harvard roommate, Mark Zuckerberg, who is the second-most-junior member of the list. The Facebook CEO is worth an estimated $34 billion, up from $19 billio

Lisbon has been busy lately doing what it does best: embellishing venues for contemporary culture, art, and dining (unesco World Heritage status). But its best place to visit it is Antiga Confeitaria de Belém, in the Belém suburb of the city. It’s well known on the tourist circuit, but for good reason – these are the best pastéis de nata in town for only 1€.LR4ºA

Grand Theft Auto V

Image
It's now Next Gen. One of the best 'Sandbox' of the past generation of consoles (PS3,Xbox 360) has now reached Next Gen. Consoles (PS4, Xbox One) in an ambicious project that would make you buy either a PlayStation 4 or a Xbox One. Rockstar had put all he had into their first major and ambicious project of the year but some people say it wasn't enough. What do you think? Are you gonna buy the game? GTA V may have the same story line than the previous game for PS3 and Xbox 360 but Rockstar have introduced some new features to make the return to the world of Grand Theft Auto more pleasant. First Person Gameplay: With this new feature, you will be able to play GTA V not only in Third Person as it was before but also in a First Person Mode that would definitely make your experience more realistic. New Fauna: New animals would be available in the game like for example Deers or more aquatic animals. You would benefit from this feature in the One-Person Mode as well as

MORE SPACE TO PERFORM P.E ACTIVITIES:

One of the proposal is to make different areas to practice sports like tennis and football, for example we don't have any special court to practise them. A gym to do physical education in raining days would be a good idea to do any running exam and not to lose the hole hour. The constructions will begin in a couple of months, and I hope everything improves related to this subject and everything else.AM4ºA

how is technology affecting us:

Image
The rapid technological changes in our culture and their effects on minds and relationships are currently being studied and debated. Most of us cannot imagine life without our cell phone, the internet, texting, or social media. What effect is this having on all of us?If you’ve ever spent time with a video game, you’ve probably noticed it’s rapid addictive nature. Technology has immediate gratification, we don’t have to go to the library to look something up, or buy the correct map to get somewhere, we just type what we want to know into our smart phone. So what are we to do? Technology will not go away, it will undoubtedly advance and provide us with a new generation of faster, smaller and attractive devices. As in all things, moderation is key. Maintaining family dinner times, outdoor play, exercise, and limits on games and technology is important. Let’s learn to embrace the benefits technology provides us and avoid the pitfalls and teach the same to our children.AG4ºA

Spain files suit against Catalonia head over secession vote Catalan President Artur Mas attends a news conference assessing the results after Catalans voted in a symbolic independence vote in Barcelona, November 9, 2014. REUTERS/Albert Gea Spain's state prosecutor will sue Catalan leader Artur Mas for defying a court ruling and holding a symbolic vote on the region's independence from the rest of the country. If successful, the legal action against Mas - likely to be on charges of disobedience and provocation - could block him from taking part in future regional elections. An estimated two million Catalans voted on Nov. 9 on secession from Spain in a symbolic plebiscite which the Constitutional Court had suspended while it considered its legality. The suit was previously rejected by the Catalonian prosecutor's own office. It could stretch beyond Mas to other members of the regional government involved in the vote. AM4ºA

Escolar trips. Our teachears could decide some trips, trips related with the things we are learning in class. For example, in social sciences as we are learning history in the x century we could go to a place where somethings that in that era remains. These trips are educational and as the students are not always in class, those trips will contribute a better habit of study as a trip like that makes the students more active, and they don't get so boring taking notes. Is going to be Snapchat the new Paypal? Snapchat, known for sending photos that immediately disappear after being viewed, has teamed with payment processing square to help users send money to one another. The system is remarkably simple: start a message, use a dollar sign and give the amount. In the three years since launching, Snapchat has become synonymous with a new breed of social-networking services that focus on simple communication of either a photo or video. The company has said users send 700 million photos and videos a day. Mobile payments are already skyrocketing, due in part to the popularity of smartphones and new services like Apple play and Google Wallet. While it's unclear how big the peer-to-peer money transfer industry actually is, Square said in August its users had sent "hundreds of millions of dollars" to one another. Last month PayPal reported customers used Venmo to send $700 million in payments in the third quarter -- a 50 percent increase fro
