ORTHOREXIA: A serious health problem. Orthorexia or addiction healthy eating is an eating disorder which can impair physical and mental health, and the worst, is that the incidence is increasing. It is an extreme obsession with health, focusing on eating as healthy as possible, which can become a serious condition. Orthorexia can negatively interfere with the lives of people who suffer from preferring to be hungry, even for long periods, to eat food that , in his view , are " impure" , is that are high in additives , fats, etc .
